Guide: Enrolling as an Existing Student (with Wela Account)

  1. Log in to the portal using your student credentials.
  2. Login Page
  3. Navigate to your desk and look for the “Add Subjects” icon.
  4. Add Subjects Icon
  5. Click on the icon.
  6. Click the Icon
  7. Once clicked, you will see the Enrollment Ledger.
    ➡ You will see your previous semester’s ledger.
    ➡ Click on the "New" button.
  8. Enrollment Ledger
  9. In the new Enrollment Ledger:
    ➡ Select the semester you are enrolling for.
  10. Select Semester
  11. Once done selecting, the data will be populated.
    ✔ Double-check the semester and school year.
    ✔ Click "Save" to confirm.
  12. Save Enrollment
  13. No need to click for approval.
    ✔ Monitor your enrollment status.
    ✔ The Registrar and Dean will verify your enrollment.
  14. Monitor Status Monitor Status
  15. Once the status shows 100%, you are now officially enrolled! 🎉
  16. Enrollment Complete
  17. You can review your subjects by opening the ledger and scrolling down to the lower section.
  18. Verify Subject
