Guide: Enrolling as an Existing Student (with Wela Account)
- Log in to the portal using your student credentials.
- Navigate to your desk and look for the “Add Subjects” icon.
- Click on the icon.
- Once clicked, you will see the Enrollment Ledger.
➡ You will see your previous semester’s ledger.
➡ Click on the "New" button. - In the new Enrollment Ledger:
➡ Select the semester you are enrolling for. - Once done selecting, the data will be populated.
✔ Double-check the semester and school year.
✔ Click "Save" to confirm. - No need to click for approval.
✔ Monitor your enrollment status.
✔ The Registrar and Dean will verify your enrollment. - Once the status shows 100%, you are now officially enrolled! 🎉
- You can review your subjects by opening the ledger and scrolling down to the lower section.
